I've lived in this areas for over twenty years now. While I was going to college at Eastern Michigan, Ann Arbor was the destination. It had Border's, Rider's Hobbies, Schoolkids and a few other record stores. As the home of the University of Michigan, it is also home to some pretty nice architecture and another things. Here are some pictures of that.

This is Angell Hall. One of the main campus buildings. Nice lines.

This is the Bell Tower.

This is the Bell Tower in the Fog.

Some other buildings and statues.

And this is the Law School, probably one of the coolest set of buildings on campus. One day as I was walking, I noticed the gargoyles in the archways. Then I decided to walk into the library and I saw all the stained glass. I could probably waste alot of bytes on this.

Messing around with some night photography.

This is St. Patrick's Church which is about 5 miles north of Ann Arbor.
